 The members of the Committee of Faridabad Local Centre of The Institution of Engineers (India) shall retire at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the said Faridabad  Local Centre. It is, therefore, necessary to hold election to fill up the vacancies caused thereby for the sessions 2022-23 & 2023-24 in each Division as follows:

Aerospace Engg Division	:	1	Elect. & Telecom Engg. Division	:	2
Agricultural Engg Division	:	1	Environmental Engg Division	:	1
Architectural Engg Division	:	1	Marine Engg Division	:	1
Chemical Engg Division	:	1	Mechanical Engg Division	:	3
Civil Engg Division	:	3	Metallurgical & Materials Engg Division	:	1
Computer Engg Division	:	1	Mining Engg Division	:	1
Electrical Engg Division	:	2	Production Engg Division	:	1
			Textile Engg Division	:	1

Members retiring from the Committee after completion of three full tenure at a stretch shall not be eligible for re-election. However, they shall be eligible for re-election after a break of one term.

Interested Corporate Members are hereby called upon to submit their self-nominations as per the format given herewith along with bio data, self-attested photocopy of Identity proof and non-refundable earnest money of Rs 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) to the Convener, Board of Scrutineers so as to reach him not later than 5.00 PM (time) on 16-08-22 (date) by any of the following ways –

(i) Hard copy documents at the following address:   IE(I) Faridabad Local Centre, 2nd Floor, above Bank Building, J.C Bose University of Science & Technology (YMCA) Sector – 6, Faridabad – 121006,

(ii) Soft copy images/ scanned copies of the nomination papers and enclosures via email to: pkdimri@yahoo.com  (email id)

 

The acceptable proof of Identity of the candidate shall be his PAN card or Driving License or Photo ID Card issued by State/Central Government bearing his signature or Photo ID Card of The Institution bearing his signature or first page of his passport duly self attested.

A member attached to a Division shall be eligible to submit self-nomination for election only in that Division. The earnest money may be paid online or by Demand Draft in favor of “The Institution of Engineers (India)”, payable at Kolkata. In case of online payment, the receipt of payment/ transaction slip along with the respective proforma (duly filled) must be submitted along with the nomination papers.
