Notice for Faridabad Local Centre  Committee Meeting

Dear Members 

We are pleased to inform that committee meeting of IEI Faridabad centre will be held as given here under.

Venue                         –       Hotel Ekant, Sec-17 , Market, Faridabad                                      Day and Date             –        Saturday, 25^th ,  January 2020                

Time                           –        6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Agenda

1. Formulation of Committees for activities planning of National Seminar in 3^rd week of April. Venue and no. of speakers to be decided.

1.1. To decide new date and venue for safety seminar . Scheduled Seminar could not take place on 18^th January 2020 due to request by speakers . Next statutory requirement for Technical Activity is World Water Day on 22^nd March 2020.

2. Optimization of membership growth on the basis of Activity planning, execution plan to be finalized.

3. To appraise FLCC regarding meeting with VC, YMCA on New Year Day and update regarding the status of present office.

4. To induct members in FLCC from vacant branches – Chemical and Agriculture.

5. To update FLCC regarding progress of legal case.
